Honest answer: no. Much of your success depends on you, and I've been very successful with clients who do the work I guide them through. What I do guarantee is that I'll work just as hard as you do — and you'll finish our sessions with a strong library of resumes, networking direction, and prospects (if you're not already employed by then).
All payment terms — schedule, accepted forms, and refund / cancellation policies — are spelled out in the client agreement you'll receive when you commit to working with me. I only charge you for the time we spend together, but I also spend many hours behind the scenes researching jobs, networking, and creating resumes for you, so full refunds are rare.
That's completely okay. As your coach, my job is to help you stop repeating patterns that aren't serving you — but I'll always respectfully guide you with kindness. I've practiced these skills for over a decade and I'm happy to share reference material to support my direction. We work as a team, and you never have to comply with my suggestions.
I'll spend time with you to understand your goals and observe day-to-day operations, SOPs, and policies. With your permission I may run an employee survey or individual interviews. After that, I write an assessment with my observations and suggested fixes, then we set goals and a schedule to implement changes that build a thriving working culture.
Yes. Travel expenses and waiver apply — get in touch for availability. Many panel appearances are complimentary (with travel expenses excluded). For larger trainings and corporate events, we'll discuss the engagement and I'll send a quote.
