About Wendy
It is just as important to know my WHY as it is to know me.
My faith has always guided my path. Over the years, God repeatedly placed me in situations where I witnessed talented people struggle—not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked confidence, communication skills, or the support needed to succeed.
After more than ten years helping people navigate career transitions, earning a degree in communication, and gaining over thirty years of professional experience, I felt called to do more. That calling became Speaking Up with Wendy Baird Packard.
Today, I help individuals and organizations communicate with confidence, strengthen workplace relationships, and achieve successful outcomes. Whether it's advancing a career, improving workplace culture, leading a meeting, or delivering a presentation, my goal is to help people find their voice and use it with purpose.

Wendy taught a 3-day Department of Labor workshop that teaches military personnel the skills necessary to transition from military to civilian. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative and genuinely cared about all 30+ of us in the class.
